We’re saying, “Business doesn’t have to be done the same old way.” We are proving that we can be mothers and wives and sisters AND successful in business too. We CAN set our own schedules, maximize our flexibility, wear all of our hats, make great money, and serve our customers well. And through this enterprising, confident, determined spirit, we will be able to teach others how they too can live life on their own terms.
That's why we're passionate about bringing you a community where you can network with your peers and talk about everything that's important to you. Business Spotlight
 Jennifer Gniadecki is a marketing consultant who helps clients with their online presence so that they stay 'ahead of the curve!' Her website, http://marketingcurve.com/ offers a variety of services and links, including Online Marketing Planning, Virtual Assistant Placement, Podcast planning and execution, and Viral Video Production and Promotion. Jennifer also provides networking services ranging from group coaching calls, audio/workbook programs, a blog and social networking opportunities on her website.
Jennifer says she started her own business when she was six months pregnant in 2002. She took the extensive marketing experience she gained from her time in the workforce, including three years at Internet marketing firms, in order to gain the experience that she would need to fulfill her vision for Marketing Curve. The investment paid off, as the ROI of her online marketing plans has been strong, resulting in a clientele that is referral based.
We asked Jennifer about the greatest reward she has experienced as a business owner and she said, 'The freedom it gave me to write my own book. Non-Toxic Networking , which was born out of every conversation I had with a potential client, and every evening spent at a networking event. I've coached local business owners here in Chicago on best networking practices and they are seeing a dramatic difference. My business, as well as my book, are why I get out of bed smiling and ready to face the day. The only downside? I think I'm ruined on ever working for a corporation again. Jane Out of the Box, as well as other online communities, value what's on the mind of an entrepreneur. I'm sure that a corporate environment would never know what to do with me!'
